Supervisor Williams represents District 4 of Tehama County. As Supervisor, he serves on numerous local committees and commissions, and is Tehama County’s representative on the Boards of Directors for both the California State Association of Counties and the Rural County Representatives of California. In this capacity, he spent two terms on the California State Association of Counties Executive Committee for CSAC and as the 2017 Board Chair of the Rural County Representatives of California.

Supervisor Williams is a fifth generation Tehama County farmer and rancher. He began his career in 1980 by partnering with his father in operating Williams Ranch and in 1995, became managing General Partner. Supervisor Williams graduated from the California Agricultural Leadership Program’s Class 31.

In addition, Supervisor Williams has served on the Corning Recreation Commission, Tehama County Farm Bureau Board of Directors, Farm Service Agency Tehama County Committee, Thomes Creek Water District Board of Directors, Tehama Colusa Canal Authority Board of Directors, and the Corning High School Board of Trustees.

Supervisor Williams attended and graduated from CSU, Chico in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration.
