District 5
Supervisor Matt Kingsley represents District 5 of Inyo County, which includes several small communities and exceptional landscapes, from Death Valley to Mt. Whitney.
Modoc County Supervisor,
District 5
Supervisor Geri Byrne represents District 5 on the Modoc County Board of Supervisors. She was first elected to the Modoc County Board of Supervisors in 2010 and was appointed to the GSNR Board of Directors in 2022.
Butte County Supervisor,
District 5
Supervisor Doug Teeter represents District 5 of Butte County, which includes United States Forest Service and state forest lands and was heavily impacted by the Camp Fire in 2018.
Siskiyou County Supervisor,
District 3
Supervisor Kobseff represents District 3 on the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors. District 3 includes the City of Weed, Lake Shastina, Grenada, Big Springs, Gazelle and a portion of Mount Shasta northwest of Abrams Lake Road.
President & CEO
Greg Norton joined Golden State Natural Resources in 2019 as its founding President and CEO. He previously served as President and CEO of the Rural County Representatives of California, which advocates on behalf of the state’s rural counties.
Vice President
Kevin Cann joined Golden State Natural Resources in 2021 as Vice President. He previously served three terms on the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors after a long career with the National Park Service.
Project Development Manager
Terrance Rodgers joined Golden State Natural Resources at its founding in 2019 and is GSNR’s Project Development Manager. Terrence is also an Economic Development Officer for Rural County Representatives of California, which he joined in 2015.
