Sarah Bolnik joined Golden State Natural Resources at its founding in 2019 and is GSNR’s Community Relations Manager.

Sarah is also an Economic Development Officer for Rural County Representatives of California, which she joined in 2012. In this position, she develops, cultivates, and manages critical relationships with county officials, economic development organizations, stakeholders, private and commercial enterprises and other partners. These efforts further Rural County Representatives of California’s economic development objectives. Sarah also works directly with Rural County Representatives of California’s President & CEO and the Board of Directors to address a variety of issues and concerns, process complex administrative and technical reports, schedule and facilitate organizational events, secure sponsors for various conferences and initiatives, and otherwise act as the face and voice for the organization’s community development initiatives. Within this role, Sarah also serves as the Community Relations Manager for Golden State Natural Resources.

Sarah previously worked at the California Restaurant Association (CRA) for nearly 11 years as the Business Development Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the California State University, San Diego.
