Supervisor Eddie “E.J.” Crandell represents the 3rd District on the Lake County Board of Supervisors, encompassing Highway 20 from Blue Lakes to Clearlake Oaks, including portions of Mendocino National Forest and Berryessa Snow Mountain. His district includes three federally recognized tribes: Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake, Robinson Rancheria of Pomo Indians, and Elem Indian Colony.

A member of Robinson Rancheria where he was raised, Crandell served as Tribal Chair (2015-2020) and currently serves as the Vice Chair for Robinson Rancheria.  He is a U.S. Army veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Aviation Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

First elected in 2019 and now in his second term, Supervisor Crandell serves on the RCRC Board and Executive Board. He also represents local government and tribal communities on the EPA’s Farm, Ranch and Rural Communities Federal Advisory Committee. Prior to his current role, he served as District 3 Planning Commissioner (2016-2018).​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
